Southfield, MI – (Aug. 13, 2001) The law firm of Raymond & Prokop, P.C. will present a seminar specially designed for doctors and health care administrators on "Maintaining Legal Wellness." The seminar will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2001, at the Troy Marriott, 200 West Big Beaver Road in Troy. Attendees will learn about Stark II, Part I and privacy issues related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
