Raymond & Prokop Attorney Sean Cook Promoted To Principal

Southfield, MI – (May 1, 2002) Sean H. Cook, an attorney and CPA with Raymond & Prokop, P.C., was recently promoted to principal of the Southfield-based law firm. His practice area includes general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, general tax planning and consultation, estate and succession planning.

Mr. Cook is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Taxation Section, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Cook graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree is economics. While working as a CPA, he earned his Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Walsh College, and subsequently, his law degree from Wayne State University.

He is a resident of West Bloomfield.
